You search, find, get to know and meet seafarers connect them with our clients or our own operations. Finding the right seafarer is not always easy, but you like to challenge yourself, plus do not stop till you find the right match, both externally and for our own projects.
What do you do as Crewing Officer?
• You are the contact person for our (inter)national seafarers and clients.
• Find the best people and match for our unique projects.
• You are the communicator who introduces seafarers to our clients.
• Collaborate with our international crewing agents for hiring seafarers.
• Managing punctual administration for a smooth sailing.
• Team player amongst your colleagues in the best crewing department.
